What kind of changes did you have to make?

I wouldn't consider myself "buff" but I am fit and I stay in shape. 4 or 5 days a week I'm in the gym for about 2 hours. I've been doing it for 8 years. And I always watch my diet. If I stray from either regiment I make up for it in pain later on. I love hitin' those weights!
