Extra strength Tylenol is 500mg. 2 would be 1000 mg or 1 gram.

115 grams is way too much.The fatal dose of Acetamenophen is not tomuch above the therapeutic one.

So yes 115 grams could be fatal. It would also be 55+ extra strength tablets.

Harmful and very hard on the liver.

3 grams is the daily dose then it becomes dangerous to you kidneys, but I pretty sure that yep, it is fatal.

Probably, or it will destroy your liver. Usually, the rule is no more than 7mg/pound.
