he likes you too that why he laughed but ask your slef if your willing to give up that friendship if things dont work out and if you are then sit him down and tell him look i realy do like you and that you would like to know how he honestly feels

That's hard specially if you have known him that long he might see you as a sister. But you must be that good of friends just tell him why and see if his reaction changes. He also might feel the same way just nervous to tell you.

Sometimes guys get embarrased....and the only way to make them feel better is to laugh or put someone down...dont let it get you down, and if he really doesnt like you, tell him it was just a thought, and you dont want it to ruin your friendship. A friend would understand...

you should tell him that he is someone you think you can trust and that you want to have a serious conversation with him . tell him that you like him and say if you dont like me back i hope we can still be friends.
