Mary is the intercessor for all of us? That what the man says but not GOD.
GOD said, There is only ONE intercessor and that is His only son JESUS CHRIST.

The Blessed Virgin Mary and the Saints can help me by praying for me just as much as my other family and friends can by praying for me.

Catholics share the belief in the Communion of Saints with many other Christians, including the Eastern Orthodox, Anglican, Episcopal, and Methodist Churches.

The Communion of Saints is the belief where all saints are intimately related in the Body of Christ, a family. When you die and go to heaven, you do not leave this family.

Everyone in heaven or on their way to heaven are saints, you, me, my deceased grandmother, Mary the mother of Jesus, and Mother Teresa.

As part of this family, you may ask your family and friends living here on earth to pray for you. Or, you may also ask the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Andrew, or your deceased grandmother living in heaven to pray for you.

Prayer to saints in heaven is simple communication, not worship.

With love in Christ.

Dear House,

The only way for one to go to heaven is that the Lord Jesus Christ chose to save him/her from their sins. The Lord had to endure the equivalent of spending eternity in hell in order to pay the sin penalty. NO ONE but God Himself could pay such a penalty and be victorious. The saints and Mary were sinners that needed to be saved by the Lord Jesus also.

Mary and saints are just messengers, the only way is to accept Jesus as your lord and savior and by the blood he shed our sins are forgiven and then live a Christ like life

No, the only way I'm going to Heaven is through Jesus Christ.

Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. - John 14:6

Yes.

For those who believe in intercessory prayer, the saints are powerful allies ready to intercede for you when called upon.

At the very least, saints serve as role models for us to follow if we want to live a life in Christ. After all, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Is it not?

Catholics believe in sacraments, baptism, saints etc to get to heaven. John 3;16 says "because God so loved the world, he was willing to send his own son to die for it. So that anyone who believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life. Faith in Jesus Christ saves you, nothing else

Any other Christian can help me get to heaven by praying for me. Saints on earth or saints in heaven, it's all the same. Do you pray for your family? Why? Do you think they need your help getting to heaven? Yes, in fact they do. And that's why we ask other Christians, including the saints in heaven, to pray for us.

And no, we do not pray to "dead saints". There is no such thing. Jesus said that those who believe in Him "will never die". I believe Him. Do you?

Jesus is of course the only Mediator. But that fact has nothing to do with this question. We are not talking aboiut mediation here, simply intercession - praying on behalf of others - which is the duty of every Christian person.
