On SIMS 2......................?

Question

I have SIMS 2 and the family fun stuff expansions pack and now when i play it the walls flash red and if i paint the walls they still flash red..Any advice on what to do ? Is this normal? Is there some way to get them not to be red?

It's your graphics card. It's most likely too old, if your on a computer, you can probably replace it, just hire some tech guy to do it so you don't mess it up. but if you have a laptop, you just have to get a new laptop. OR you can not spend any money, but lose out on the fun, by uninstalling the sims 2 pets. I got those two expansion packs too, and everything went black and red flashing, so i just uninstalled it, because i didn't have nearly enought money for a new laptop.-or graphics card for that matter. This would also be the problem for you for Glamour Life Stuff, Pets, Seasons, and any other newer ones. Hope this helps!


P.S. If you uninstall it, everything in your game might get deleted, sorry:(

sounds like a video card issue. has it always been that way since playing sims? If thats the case, you may need an upgraded video card. However, try to identify what your video card is, then goto their website and download the latest driver. That may help

there could be a problem with the RAM of your computer, or just not enough memory. try fixing the settings for a lower quality graphics so your computer will run faster.
this is what i thnik is the problem...but try going to trouble shooting.
