Just came back Vancouver, Ca recently. Their econony is looking great, the news said that they have 1 million dollars in surplus. The people are pretty nice but the one thing I thought was different was that their drivers there are less angry. They don't seem to be in a rush to go anywhere on the road and they don't cut off, tailgate, or have road rage as much as people in California (my home).

I couldn't agree more with the two above answers. We lived there for 23 years, raised our children there and still pinch ourselves at our good fortune. If you are being posted there, consider yourself lucky.
