Go for a walk or a run. Getting regular exercise gives you more energy and helps reduce your stress levels.

Start taking a good multivitamin, and try to get out in the sun a little- this time of year, you could be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder. It's brought on by the shorter daylight hours (and generally gloomy weather) of winter. That, and a little brisk exercise in the morning, seems to help me this time of year. I get up off my butt and force myself to do something physical. Clean a closet, trim the hedges, or anything that takes my mind off my fairly minor problems.
