Men are visual creatures. You put a hot girl with big boobs and a firm butt and he'll be drooling all over her.
But most men have come to realise that women are never gunna become their sexual fantasy and that not every girl is gunna be pretty on the outside.
Use your cleavage, sure, that'll attract guys, but then once their interested, show off your personality, show them that theres more than a pair of boobs. You'll get far.
Remember, true beauty is within the heart.

Ample cleavage gets them there, the personality keeps them there. BTW, women are just as shallow, they like butts, arms and chests too you know.

Many men are incredibly shallow.
-However, you can never judge every guy just because he's a guy- We are not the same!
Personally, I would not think twice about a relationship with a girl trying to garner attention by wearing something slutty. Sure, I would talk to her, but that is all I would be doing.
Careful. some guys just want your body. But everyone knows that.

They are as shallow as they are simple. I would imagine most of them will come on and say personality but come on, we all know its cleavage.

It really depends on the guy. It's proven that women mature faster but it's not fair to assume all guys are shallow...immature....whatever. A GOOD guy would like you for your personality.
