my friend met this girl right ,and i met the girl last week. shes totally cool and i kinda like her. is it wrong that her and i flirt secretly?or would it be even more if this girl and i start dating?

It's not "wrong" per se, but it's not cool to flirt and/or date someone that your friend met first - that is unless he has decided that he is not interested in her. Doing anything secretly implies that you know that you are doing something not right.

It might be more fun to meet secretly for a couple of weeks, but believe me, if you let it go on, time will catch up with you and the three of you are heading for some major trouble. Better put things out in the open ASAP.

I don`t think you two should just secretly flirt. I think that you should tell your friend about the girl and tell him how you feel about her and if he is truly your friend he will understand and back off and still stay friends with you. Because true friends don`t stop being friends with you because of one girl. I think you should talk to him first and then tell the girl how you feel about her and then ask her if she will go out with you and there you go. Good Luck!!!

Yes, but it depends on how your friend feels about her and how good your friendship is.
If you value him as a friend, then ask him what's up with her. If he likes her, then tell him that if things don't work out that you want to give it a try with her. Tell him a time period (be reasonable - it is your friend after all).
After that time, check with him again if you don't see any progress, but don't go behind his back and sabotage him or distract her.
Relationships come and go, but goods friends are something that can last a lifetime and shouldn't be taken lightly.

you have a choice to make between your friend and this girl. In my experience I chose the girl and regretted ever since as I lost a long time friend. But after all it's your life do what your conscious tells.

Does your friend like her? Because he kinda met her first. To be true to you Friend you should ask him if he 's going to try with her, if not, your free. Who does she like is an important thing to consider as well.

Your question is not clear however, its wrong to flirt with this girl if she is your friends girlfriend. If she is not then she is fair game.
