First off, let me state that I'm 15. Look, I clearly don't know what they are but they're not cancerous (confirmed by dermatologist), they are pretty much round, dark, small, and brown. They're just spots scattered around my face. I had them for as long as I can remember (because of the UV rays from the sun). I don't have many (9 on one side, 6 on the other) but they're really altering my image. I find them unattractive (don't use that euphemism "oh, they're beauty marks or sun kisses").I accumulate 1-2 small ones every two years approximately. I can't stand them, to be honest. My face is CLEAR (not zits, nothing) but with these they deteriorate my face. I complained to my mom to get them removed, and these were the results:

First doctor stated that they weren't that bad and she offered the laser treatment but they would cause scars.
The second one told me there were no creams available, nor laser treatment.

I'm in despair; help? Please be descriptive to remove. Thx

Try Porcelana(don't know if I'm spelling it right) anyway, look on-line and you can buy it at Walgreens. It is a skin lightening cream, been around forever. Takes about 6 weeks of using it twice a day but it works wonders!!! They have a night cream too.
And make sure you always put sunscreen on your face, all year round. If you are getting them at such a young age it will only get worse. Lather that sunscreen and if you wear makeup buy only that containing SPF! Taking care of your skin now will go a long way. You'll be 40 with no wrinkles and the envy of all your freinds.

You hear significantly these days with regards to the 'ageing' effect for exercise. However, okay dispossess you within the idea that activity, in all it is actually forms, is the culprit. It isn't. Some different types of exercise, nevertheless, are definitely culpable than other individuals. It would get patently ridiculous to suggest that exercise per se is the reason that people 'age' instantly. These factors are due to genetics, diet, emotional stress, lifestyle and a bunch of other purposes too. Your body was established to move and you could increase your workout levels, day by just day, at if of life. I've worked utilizing many older individuals who held the confidence that their problems and illnesses were definitely a 'part' of growing old. OK, people may/ do are more susceptible to trials to afflictions as they definitely grow old, but keeping the body and mind active can only help eradicate these problems. Never the less, there ARE ways certain exercises can get a detrimental affect your well appearing. One of those is cardio. Hardly any, not a slice of running or paddling, walking or quite possibly cycling. But the cardio machines evident in corporate gyms. Well, if it is certainly feel you mid- winter and there isn't other option, take a 'cardio' machine. Even if it's because you require a little boost from a ' secure' conditions.

I feel your pain! Yes, there are creams available and yes, laser treatments will help. The cream that I have had the most success with is C Peptide by Kinerase. Another company that is wonderful with correcting skin problems is PCA Skin. They are located here in Scottsdale, but you can google them to find more info. Secondly, I would find out what caused the spots to begin with to prevent a reoccurance. Hope this helps!

You can try fresh squeeed lemon juice. In the morning just rub it on. At night try mixing it with a bit of baking soda to make a paste and applying it right before you go to bed. It's an old folk remedy but I've been told it does work. Try using it every day 3 times a day and see if you notice a difference.
