I've used the personals several times over the years and they dont seem to work well for me. I do much better meeting and selecting potential dates out in public. Using the personals, I've often attracted people who are looking for someone perfect; meaning the perfect body, perfect looks, and of course, the perfect income. Either that, or some sex fein who wants casual sex. The experience of each person is different, so don't let me discourage you. But from my own experience, I'd rather meet people in person.

Nope. I didn't mean to at the time, but i no knowingly used yahoo messenger and yahoo avatar boards. I didn't plan on to at first but i ended up meeting some nice ppl, some weirdos, and some meanies lol.
PS. If u mean to date, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE AVATAR boards. Its not cool lol.

..unfortunately, yes. it was a joke at first, then i got sucked in with one guy. Turns out he wasn't what he said he was...and I wasted three months of my time sitting in front of the computer, instead of sitting next to someone who mattered.
