yes before and after my main meal(dinner) with my wife. i think it is important to pray as often as possible, sometimes when a snack is particularly tasty i thank the lord as well for it. "the family that prays together, stays together".

Usually.

Not just because I pray that can survive the poisoning.

Seriously, I do pray before I eat.

Just my way of giving thanks for all that I have before I eat.
Habit.
Plus it's in the Bible.
Give thanks.
Not just before you eat, when you wake up, before you go to bed, any time in between too.

Peace.

I try to remember to pray before i eat anything. Every piece of food is a gift. We don't deserve it, yet we still get it.

I see no point in prayer before eating, if i were to thank anyone it would be the humans that helped make my food possible, like the farmers and such, to thank God is an assinine thing to do since it was farmers that helped make that food possible.

Yes. To DiGiorno's and Marie Callender's in particular. Thus far I haven't had any infections from salmonella, like those who don't pray.

No. My mother does, though. My boyfriend and I visited for the weekend, and he was in the living room playing with their kitten. She actually wouldn't say grace until he came into the dining room and sat down, even though I told her to go ahead because he would probably be playing with the kitten for some time (he was).

Peace!
Yes, I do. Why? Because the food comes from God. It is only right that I thank him for it.
Thanks for asking.
