Question

My boyfriend loves me and tells me EVERY day and calls me all the time and makes time for me but U know when sometimes you are in a relationship and you want the guy to chase you a little bit or make him feel like you don't really care? What should I do? I just want him to appreciate me more and realize how much he really loves me.
I DONT WANT TO SEE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS....IF U HAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT TO SAY THEN U PROBABLY CAN'T RELATE TO IT BECAUSE U PROBABLY HAVEN'T BEEN IN A REAL SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP

just want to give him a little challenge...I dont want him to get bored with me being available to him every second of the day...give me some advise!

Ok, I know what you're getting at, cause I've thought the same thing before. You don't want to be TOO available to your boyfriend ALL the time or he'll think your whole life revolves around him..... Try to do things with your girl friends that doesn't include him, like go to the movies with just the girls or maybe even a weekend trip with the girls. Or just do stuff that keeps you busy that he isn't a part of so he sees that you also have an independant side of you. And, while you're busy doing other things you wont be home to answer the phone every time he calls or always available when he wants to get together.

well I'll try and give you some suggestions that won't come off as too mean-to him. I best thing would be to ignore him some. I know that sounds kinda mean but what I mean is don't answer all his phone calls or don't be so available. Try making time for yourself or go hang out with some friends. Maybe he'll see that you do have a life outside of him and that may make him realize how much he really cares about you. If he starts to get worried because you don't talk to him as much then that means he cares or wouldn't worry about you. so maybe something like this will work. Just back away from him a little bit, you know, a little mystery about what you are doing, etc. can go a long way. And always have your own friends and a life separate from him. You never know when you might need to fall back on those friends and that life you have built for yourself. Keep being nice and loving and all but be a little secretive about your comings and goings, make him wonder..a lot like people do when they are in the beginning of a relationship. Married for 15 years and you are being immature. if you are not happy leave, but playing little games is silly. don't know how old you are but the secret to real relationships is they are friendships that grow into partnerships. You have to be content withh yourself and what you have. here is how silly your question is, say you two get married. Apparently you like attention, and eventually have a kid. When the kid comes are you going to compete for his attention with the kid. Will you seek attention through your kid. That is what you are doing now, seeking silly attention. How about you make him want you more? What could you do to get more from him. If enough folks tell you to grow up, I think you need to look at yourself.

Get some new hobbies that take some of your time and attention. You'll have something new and interesting to talk about, you'll be busier, and he'll realize you're not sitting around waiting for him to notice you. Men like interesting, exciting girls who actually have a life. Take a class (if you're out of school) in photography or something, take up martial arts, volunteer, participate in clubs, take up a new sport. Keep yourself active in life.

the best way is to keep your self busy ex: go out with friends or your mom when he calls you on your cell don't answer the first few times then when you answer excuse your self telling him that you where somewhere were your cell did not have a signal .
or you where at the restroom anything but only do this a few times because some guys grow to hate this lol...

i would stop worrying so much about what he thinks....guys notice that, if they think that you care about every little thing than they know they can controll you....stop lettin it stress you out...dont think about it, and eventually he will realize that you are no ones robot. You love him, but you are smart enough to leave him if your not treated right. If he doesn't treat you right than you should leave him. But you may just be over thinking the entire situation.

well I'm like the opposite. i need attention from my boyfriend, because i don't really get a lot at home, so it's nice if he cares about you, and calls you! you should be happy. who cares about playing hard to get? you are already going out, i mean you shouldn't be clingy, but don't see him wanting to hang out with you & calling you as a bad thing!
