If so, I am a chicken fried steak and garlic mashed potatoes, at least until I go to the movies tonight when I will be a bag of popcorn.

Absolutely, but it is also true that we are what we ABSORB. You can eat all the healthy foods brimming with nutrients in the world but if your colon walls are filled with plaque (eew), it won't make that big of a difference.
The cells of your body are constantly renewed and rebuilt and the building materials for this are taken from what you eat. Whether you eat something nutritious or crappy will affect on a cellular level how healthy you are, how good you look, etc.
Try colon cleansing and follow a raw food diet (paleo) to get to superior levels of health and wellbeing, longevity!

More than we think. Do you know that it's been proven that bodies decompose slower nowadays because of all the preservatives in food? Something to think about...

well its obvious if you eat a piece of french toast, you don't BECOME the french toast. but it is true: that if you eat fat stuff, you'll be fat. if you eat healthy you'll be healthy. (please pick me for the best answer! please! i took health classes & know what i mean. i really need the points.) thanks.
