It's a song called "Goin' Home" and it has been played for every Presidential funeral procession since Franklin Delano Roosevelt's.

I didn't hear it, but it was probably Taps. It is common at funerals for military and dignitaries.

It's also the music that is played during Evening Colors when The Flag is lowered on military bases and installations.
