hell ya!! teachers aren't aloud to TOUCH a student, nicely or not!! and if they leave a bruise, it can make for a huge lawsuit if you get pictures of the bruises before they go away

Yes, you should report her to the Principal as soon as possible. She should not have grasped your arm. Your bruise is your proof, now go tell on her & show that bruise to the Principal & the School Nurse. Yes, this is assault & she will be in deep S H I T for it too. She may get in trouble with the police for this. Do something about it now before she does it to you or someone else again.

You have every right to report this teacher. You need to take it up with the principal. If the principal does not show interest in the situation you should then take it up with the superintendant. No matter what the situation is, in no way should a teacher much less anybody lay a hand on you like that. It is well within your right to report this situation to the right person.

Uh hello, teachers are not aloud to grab or even touch a student. You walking away might of really pissed her off, but still she is not your mom or dad and does not have any legal right to tell you what kind of heart you have or grab you.. The next time she tries to do anything like that, calming look her in the eye and tell her to not touch you and throw comments your way, sometimes it is better to remind the person in front of you, that you are human being and should be treated as such. Respect is not a one way road.

The thing is you where in school you have no rights when your there chances are even if you tell the principle nothing will happen and if you try to go to court with it chances are they will laugh you out of there all in all get some respect and lose the attitude

well you were wrong to walk away and be disrespectful to her, but she has no right to give you a bruise and call you rotten hearted. I would tell your mom (or dad) about you bruise and they may choose to tell your principal.

A teacher has no right to touch you in away that makes you feel uncomfortable and/or physically hurts you. I would go to your principal and/or the police.

Go to you guidance councilor. A teacher cannot grab you or verbally assault you.
They at least should reprimanded. That said i suspect that you had SOMETHING to do with this? Look within yourself as well and work on improving your attitude.
Good Luck
