Go to the doctor and ask for some anti-depressants. If they help, you're depressed. :-)

Hi there!! I think it is normal to feel sad. Plus, school, job, family and any other thinks sometimes stressess everyone a bit, but if you´ve been feeling like this lately, just try not to pay to much attention on it. Try to go out with your friends, eat an ice- cream or something that you enjoy, ask for a hug (That helps a lot!!) and always believe you are someone unique and very important to this world!! there was a time when I felt pretty drepressed because of something I wanted to reach and I couldn´t , I felt stupid and pretty down (I hated that a lot!!) ..., but then I realized I am a very strong person and I can stand up again to continue fight for everything I want in life. It doesn´t really matter if most ppl don´t like what you do or points of view as well as you´re feeling great with yourself. Feel confidence as well!! Good look !!
There are bunch of ppl that really cares on you I´m sure!!

Do what I did. Every day, go out and do something good for someone. Different person each day. Doesn't have to be a big thing. hold the door cheer someone up etc. Strangers are just fine cuz you're gonna run out of people you know real quick. Before too long you're gonna start feeling pretty good about yourself. You might even make a few new friends along the way as well.

Most people have similar feelings occassionally, the question is what to do when you have them.
Your friends and quality of friendships
Are you exercising? Exercise, even a good brisk walk, helps
Your social community friends, family, work, church, volunteering, giving to others, etc., the more active you are the less time you have to focus on your problems.
