An Exchange Server is an email server usually at businesses for the purpose of receiving, distributing and saving emails for the employees that work there. If you are at home, chances are you do not have an Exchange server.

Microsoft exchange is used by buisnesses, its an email application that keeps users constantly connected and downloads new messages from a server. If you're using this for your personal email manager, you have to get the settings from your internet service provider and create a pop mail account. Go to tools > email accounts > click the button for add a new account and click next. Then click add, and select pop3. The information you need will be supplied by your ISP. Usually the incoming mail sever is mail.whatever.com and the outgoing is stmp.whatever.com with whatever being the name of your isp (like mail.aol.com). If this is for work, call IT :D
