Is this in your car? If so, it might not be grounded correctly. Do you notice a change in it when you rev your engine? If so, then that is it for sure.

Most speakers (at least 3+ years old) have a buzzing noise when you crank them all the way up. If it is at a low volume, there may be some interference. Check your cabling for any problems. If you have a monitor or cell phone, or any other electronic item next to them, that could be a problem. Try putting the speakers away from other electronics and see if they still buzz. If they do, I would consider buying new speakers. New ones are shielded better and therefore have less interference.

speakers for your house or car or computer it makes a dif. for the house you have a pos and a neg wire attached to them just switch them if that doesnt work. try getting a better grade wire. for the car check the amp make sure its not covered in dust that will cause a feed back and could sound like your discription if it for your computer look for a dif outputt on the cpu. if there is none check your settings in the control panel the maybe set to a higher chanel most common setting should be 2 not 5. it that doesnt help you may need new speakers sorry hope that helps you. Good Luck

There are 2 obtainable motives, one the noise which you hear is RF interference (radio frequency) it somewhat is in many situations corrected through setting up a electralitic capacitor on the alt battery connection.the different threat is that the altenator is over charging or the bridge rectifier is undesirable and you have become A/C interference, verify alt output something larger than 14.7volts exhibits the alt desires changing.

If it happens at 4:20 every day, I might know the reason.
