I'm always looking for things that is wrong in my life. And if I'm happy it's not for long. cause i try to find the negative in that. I don't trust a lot of people. But the people I do trust I can get a bit clingy. If i think of something long enough I'll let it consume me. I don't want to take any medication and be all dope up all day. There's got to be another way. can anyone relate?

I can totally relate. I didn't know I had OCD until six months ago when I was diagnosed. I take 150mg of Luvox every evening and I am not doped up all day. It has changed my life for the better. Please talk to your doctor about this. Trust me .Good luck to you.

thats not ocd it COULD be more obsession and paranoia but not ocd ocd is when you have daily rituals u do that dont make snese to you but you have to tdo them or else youll be obsessed w/it all day and you do these daily some inmclude washing ur hand 10 times or having to do things a certain way things like that ocs does not include not trusting people, looking for something wrong in your life

Who diagnosed you with OCD? What you have discribed really does not sound like OCD, it sounds more like depression or anxiety.
About medication, if medicated properly you shouldn't be "doped up."

that could just be low self-esteem (finding the negative within your self) or it could be OCPD, its almost like OCD except it has more to do with stressed perfectionism and anxiety when you think things are wrong. i can relate though, i do the same sort of things...i have a small cirlce of friends and i over think even the littlest things

That's not OCD. That's depression. You do need to get professional help. See a counselor/therapist.
