Maybe the woman just shouldn't have skid marks. It is highly preventable, and in the case of an untimely skid mark, toss the drawers away and get some new ones!

perhaps they study the skid marks on the 'undergarments' (as one female stated) on the different members... notwithstanding the word members makes it sound like they had to communicate... yet as quickly as we get a affordable chuckle out of the word skid marks then honest play to the suicidal buggers =]

Gosh! Have you had that sort of hygiene trouble with your mom, siblings or your wife? In any event, why don't you suggest that they wear only white underpants so that they can be bleached!! Colored underpants won't address the problem.

It's disgusting for anyone---here's an idea---wipe with some toilet paper. Wipe until the paper is clean. Problem solved. Everyone should do it. It's called hygiene.
Why should there be double standards here? People should practice good hygiene and manners regardless of their gender.

Always use damp toilet paper to clean. It does a much better job than dry toilet paper. Keep a bottle of water specifically for this purpose (don't use it for drinking water!) and take it everywhere you go.
