ok so i have figured otu that i am really insecure n i want to change htat. even wit my bf i am realyl shy wit him n ihave been goin out wit him 4 2 yrs i am really insecure around him i have came to htat conclusion. even wit life and many things i am jsut insecure n its makin my life really hard i wanna be confident n strong. i kno there is no reason for me to be insecure. ppl always tell me im so beautiful n i shud be a model n ihave the best personality but i always think that there is sumthin behind it n i always think negatively. please help in how i can be better n get over my insecurities thank you. (only nice answers plz its a really touchy subject thanks)

Everyone doesnt care, just you do. So dont worry about looking your best or your worst. Those who love you dont care about how you look. Try and be positive about anything. You're the one who is putting the negativity in yourself. =]

A great book to help you feel more secure is Heal the Hurts that Sabotage Your Life by Bill Ferguson. His website is listed below. It's a very healing book. You should do the activities with each chapter. If you have insecurity as a girlfriend, another good book is Why Men Love Bit**es. It helps to change your attitude about dating.

Try something that takes you out of your comfort zone, like try joining a sports team, or signing up for courses that sound too hard for you, or taking a trip to somewhere you might be apprehensive about going to alone. Probably you will get some more confidence and self respect after testing yourself like that.

i understand i dont think of there's a difficulty with asking her 2 to call or text cloth me quickly as she gets abode to make beneficial shes risk-free. yet she could think of you're being over protecting. yet see i wouldnt ask her alot of who u textin and the place u at questions she could think of ur questioning if shes cheating on you or something i wouldnt circulate so some distance. sturdy-good fortune!
