Talk to him, let him know that the only time you're getting yours is when he's going down on you. Then try different positions. You get on top: This gives you some control. Tell him what you want. When he's doing something that's really exciting you, tell him. Try different positions. Have you two ever played with toys or oils/lotions? They can really turn up the heat. Make the foreplay last longer. And remember that you being female: If you don't think you're going to have an orgasm. It doesn't matter what he does, you're not going to have one. Us men can rub against anything and shoot. You women have to think you're going to, or you won't!

no you don't need a doctor. Some women don't climax from just intercourse. ... I was 25 yrs old before I had one at all. Maybe you need to buy some toys, they have rings and sleeves that you can put on your man that will rub you in all the right places.
Good Luck.

No, you don't need help, I've been with several women who have the same issue. Just find a guy who is willing to go downtown for you and you're laughing. Or it could be that the guys you're dating just aren't hitting the right spots if you know what i mean. Anyways, coming from a guy, you're perfectly normal.

If you have one while he's going down, It still a real one. Some women have a very hard time having an orgasm during actual intercourse.

You may psychologically not have an orgasm when you all have sex because you are fearful of getting pregnant. But when he goes down on you your inner inhibitions are down, you are not indirectly worried about getting pregnant and can really enjoy sex. Lot of women enjoy sex after getting pregnant cuz that stigma is gone. Besides, how much foreplay is done.

The fact that you have one shows that there is nothing wrong with you. You just need to communicate with him what rocks your world in the other areas.

It is very common for women to have difficulty reaching orgasm during intercourse. There are a lot of women who only have an orgasm if they are receiving oral sex. But hey, oral is great!
