Life does have its ups and downs. I have just been made redundant though I am looking at doing some of the things I wouldn't have been able to do (work wise that is) if I was employed. I have a family, mortgage, kids etc. Times can go bad but something will always brighten your day and make you smile again. Go easy on the booze as when you wake up after a heavy night the hangover only contributes to the gloom. Wake up fresh and think of where your going and how best to proceed. I'm having a few scoops tonight but moderately. Best of luck dude.

The memory will probably only come back tomorrow at some point. If you try sleeping that can help clear your mind. I've been the same way recently and I ended up on meds...so you may not want to go down that route too. As cliche as it seems, just look at all the positive things going on and take time out for you. xxxx

I am sorry you are depressed. Have you maybe thought it might be something else than just depression since it seems to happen to you a lot of late? If you are serious about doing something to alleviate the depression, maybe you should think about short-term therapy with a psychiatrist or psychologist. I'm sure the Crisis Clinic in your area would suggest someone good for you.

The holiday season is always hard on those suffering from depression. Try to avoid being alone, contact your local mental health clinic and talk to a professional. Get as much sunlight as possible. Try to avoid alcohol. It is a depressant and will not help at all, and will actually add to your problems. I wish you luck and a happy new year.

Please contact a doc and get some meds. If you don't see relief from the depression in a week or so, contact the doc, they can help you. It'a a chemical imbalance that causes the depression, booze will only make it worse. Might seem okay tonight, but's it's not.

Ah, you are the guy who gave thanks for alcohol. So....you are depressed and drinking to get rid of your pain. Guess what?
Can you say alcoholic?
Seriously, get help. Try and not drink. If you can't, if you find that you are thinking about it all the time or constantly want to drink to forget your problems--even for a night....you are an alcoholic.
The alcohol is making everything worse and your problems are all still there when the booze wears off.

My expensive female. A biblical tithe is the upward push of one's produce and or farm animals, and became in no way in keeping with one's income; their wages. Any church that teaches and demands tithes of one's income/wages is corrupting the Scriptures and misrepresenting God. it incredibly is thru tithes on income that fake church homes and fake ministers have wolfed widows and orphans, and fed their very own bellies, being wolves. God in no way placed considered one of those burden upon the undesirable and people who worked for wages. you will possibly have "enjoyed" church, yet they are robbing you. the two you reside with the aid of the certainty of Scripture, or you reside with the aid of the lies of that church. which will or not it is? you besides might might desire to comprehend tithing became an previous testomony requirement, and the previous covenant/testomony ended. Christians are under the hot covenant/testomony. in case you practice the previous, you're rejecting the hot, and slapping Christ interior the face, asserting his covenant isn't sufficient. .
