My hair keeps breaking off and refuses to grow like it used to. I don't wash it every day and I don't blow dry, I've even given up the straightening iron. I have mixed-race hair like a black girl's, btw. Any specific vitamins that will help?

Here is a recipe that will stop breakage, slow the formation of split ends and thicken broken, frayed hair. It asks that you not shampoo your hair for thirty two days:Rinse hair until the water runs clear.
Apply a generous amount of Motions CPR conditioner.
Massage into hair as you would a shampoo.
Let it sit for about fifteen minutes.
Rinse with room-temperature water.
Apply Motions Foaming Wrap Lotion.
Apply Motions Oil Sheen.
Dry and style your hair.
Apply Motions hairdressing every morning. [You will notice a difference immediately. You hair will feel thicker and softer. Repeat this procedure every four days, for one full month.]
The tenth treatment starts with the same warm water rinse, then lather with CPR shampoo.
Rinse lightly.
Apply a generous amount of Motions CPR conditioner.
Rinse with room-temperature water after three minutes.
Apply Motions Foaming Wrap Lotion.
Apply Motions Salon Sheen.
Dry and style your hair.
If your house is dry, keep a pot of simmering water out.
Normal pillowcases will absorb oil from your hair, so buy a few satin pillowcases.
Massage your scalp nightly to promote oil secretion.

Saying thus, here are some of the best food items you could use to increase the penis size, and some of the ones to avoid.

1. Lean red meat is a good source of male enhancing protein. Protein is the building block of muscle and we all know that your tool down there is one large muscle - or at least, it should be. Additionally, several portions of healthy lean red meat everyday can not only increase the penis size but it can help promote longer erections as well. Try to have at least 1 serving of lean red meat per meal for a 3 times a day diet (or 1/4 serving on a 5 to 6 small meals a day diet.) Trimmed choice cuts of beef, lamb or goat meat are always the best options.

2. Another good source of protein is fish, particularly large game fish like mackerel, marlin and tuna. These have exceptionally high levels of essentially fatty acids like omega 3 which lowers bad cholesterol while increasing the volumes of good cholesterol in the system. Eating 2 portions of fish per week can increase the penis size by preventing plaque from building up in the heart's arteries and thereby promoting better blood circulation during erection.

You can get the same benefits from trout and sardines.

3. All manner of processed food items should be removed or at least limited from your diet. Processed food and drinks are notorious for having large volumes of artificial flavors, extenders, preservatives, salt and sweetening agents -- all of which promote weight gain and poor blood circulation. These would only hinder your goals of enhancing yourself and are also very likely to cause erectile dysfunction as well.

I made a mistake of cutting off my hair when it was down to my waist. I got all upset wanting my hair back long again. I went to Fred's dept. store and bought a bottle of hair and nail vitamins (the bottle said just that) and they were only $2.50. I doubled up on them and in less than a year, I had my hair back and it was shinier and healthier. Trust me.

My daugher has this problem hair and they have a product that came out not too long ago just for multi racial kds. I bought it at CVS pharmacy in the ethnic hair care section. It's called Just For Me Texture Softener. It has sunflower oil in it to help with the breakage and they have a website. You can check it out at www.texturesoftener.com. I hope this helps!

Hair grows by the nutrients in your blood. So the only real way to make your hair grow is to eat healthy. Also, scalp massages when stimulate the blood flow.
