DIET & EXERCISE !!!

Cut your meal sizes down to small portions. The portion size is MUCH more important than WHAT you are eating. Keep to this and your body will reajust. After a while your smaller meals will fill you up. Also eat more often, if you eat 6 small meals a day your body will have no reason to store fat.

Try to exercise daily. Yah Yah you have heard all this before, but it needs to be done. Just pick something you can actually do though. I hate running, so I found an alternative I would actually do. I joined my local gym and found they had a whole body vibration exercise machine. This thing has changed my life, strength and weight AND I actually love it! See if a gym near you has one and try it out.

I am looking at getting one for my home now. Here is a link to learn more about this vibration exercise: http://www.theslimcenter.com

There is a new diet out now called The Reverse Diet. I can stand to loose about 15 pounds, so i'm going to go get the book at Barnes and Noble tomorrow. It is where you eat dinner for breakfast, then breakfast for dinner. Supposedly you burn all the calories you ate for "dinner" throughout the day and you don't feel hungry. Saw a story on it on Dateline the other day about the author, (or it may have been one of those news things with Katie Couric, etc.)

First of all, the faster you lose it the more chance you have of gaining it back.
Best thing is to add or increase exercise, as much as you can handle. Eat right by cutting out excess breads and all fried foods and by adding lots of low carb fruits and vegetables. If you have to follow a diet go with weightwatchers
Oh, and join a gym and hire a trainer

Quickest way and you don't care how?
Severe illness.
Tapeworms. Not one but many.
Death.
Other than that, it's a healthy diet, consistent exercise and patience. There's no magic, quick way that will be guaranteed to work for everyone or anyone. We humans just aren't built like that.

Quickest way?
I'd say fast for days and do cardio.
Obviously, since this is very bad for your health,i reccomend you eat food with low calories, and do cardio exercise for 30 minutes, daily.

get out and just RUN....... AND drink plenty of water water water... that's the healthiest way. If you can't run, jog, if you can't jog..then walk really fast, jump on a treadmill or a bike... get the heart pumping!!! and it will burn the fat.

Also WEIGHT LIFTING. It takes more energy to maintain muscle so you will burn fat while you're sitting around watching television once you rev your metabolism up. Especially men.

Hope everything works out.
