well i am 12 and i am having my bat mitzvah and i don't know what to do for my party! i have a huge family but i don't really want them to be with all my classmates. i don't know if i want to do a dancing party or if i want games and stuff. please i need help asap!!

An idea maybe is develop a theme for the party and work around it. Work the games, food, dancing, and table decorations around it. The theme could be based on a favorite topic, hobby, book, music, etc. I have included some links below.

At that point the child, who is no longer a child in the eyes of Jewish law becomes responsible for his own deeds, spiritually, ethically, and morally.I am guessing it can be a mixture of friends and family but family will be there, maybe you can have two separate parties one for you and your friends the other for family

I wouldl have a dance. You and your friends will have a good time. The older people may join in at first but the music will get to them and they will leave early. Have a great time.
