I'm sorry, but if you think you already know the answer to your question and you have clearly made your mind up about it, then why are you asking? God does exist and he does listen to your prayers, he listens to everyone and any time, but he gave us humans the right to free will and many corrupted humans use that in the worst ways, in this case, to kill Iraqi people. God did not want that, but he cannot control our minds and tell us what to do and what not to do. I refuse to choose even one of your options, because none of them in my opinion are right and if you have even the slightest sense of openmindedness, you wouldn't have put those choices up there.
