I have been sneezing for the last couple of months now. Well since I moved into new apartment. Yes, I clean the whole place from the wall to the floor. I don't have a flu symptoms, I bought a humidifier since I couldn't breath and it helps a bit, yet still a bit bleeding inside my nose. And sometimes hurt even to touch it. Can't take any allergies medicine since I'm pregnant. Anybody knows alternative way for this?

Check with your doctor, but Im pretty sure you can take some Benadryl in moderation. Also, I would suggest going and getting Ary Saline Nasal Gel. It will help the dryness in your nose, therefore, stopping the bleeding. I used the Gel when I was pregnant and it worked great. I even use it on my kids now.

You can take allergy medicine while pregnant. There are some over the counter you can take but I will not list them you do need to ask your doctor. My doc gave me a prescription. There is a spray called Ocean it's just salt water it should help the nose. Nosebleeds are very common in pregnancy.

I am wondering does it have new carpet? carpet has so many toxins it it when it is new, the glue and all of those fibers are very allergenic. we put new carpeting in our house and both my son and myself reacted to it. We cleaned the carpet and it reduced the allergies somewhat and on nice days I open the windows and air the place out. hope this works for you, if not contact your doctor i'm sure he can give you something to help. good luck!!!

I'm sorry just can't help you. Only thing I can think of is to go to doctor. Is the carpets old, is there any mildew in your apartment. Could be something in the walls.

Hope you find out your baby doesn't need to get infected.

the air in your appartment must be real dry. with dry air the dust flies.
try turning down the heat,
you could also get an electraic air cleaner, to filter out the dust.

contact an allergist. You may be allergic to your carpet or something else in the apartment. You may be required to take samples to him and he can determine what you are allergic to.
