How do you break up with your mean lover with out hurting his feelings, and let loose forever?

I'm going out with this boy. He used to be nice, he's shy. on new year's i want to give him my first kiss. i got pretty upset when he ditched me for his friends and made fun of the "girl group."
There were many other times too, but that was after the first two years.
I got really mad, and i wanted to break up with him, but this is my first boyfriend so my first break up.

Simply put, Just Do It ! Sit down with him, and lay all the cards
on the table face up. By this I mean speak your mind clearly,
quietly, and to the Point. There doesn't need to be any raised
voices at all. Once you have decided that this is what you want,
Commit to it, and see it through. Remember it's tour life, and
you're not asking permission if you can end the relationship.
You are a human being, and you deserve to be treated with
Dignity! Don't allow anyone to' beat up ' on your self Esteem.

Tell him that you were hurt by what he did and that you don't want to be with him since he has decided to treat you that way. It's really not hard when you're the one who wants to dump him.

And he'll have hurt feelings for a while. There's nothing you cna do to spare him that. But he's a big boy and he'll get over it soon enough. If you're sure you dont want to date him, then you have to dump him, end of story. You dont have to do it in a mean way. You can tell him you'd like to try to be friends still, or that you don't want to hurt him.

It'll be easy enough to handle once the deed is done. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just do it and move on, okay?

Just be honest. Tell him it's not working out for you. If he asks why, tell him the truth: He's mean and you are not his girlfriend anymore.

Try not to get into an argument about it. He may try and talk you into changing your mind. Or he will be even more mean.

Make a clean break and move on. If you'd feel more comfortable having another friend with you then ask someone you trust.

Not tryin to be cold hearted but it is probably not possible to do it with out hurting his feelings. Just tell him, be honest. Most guys would not be that worried about your feelings if they wanted to loose you. Just like everyone else in the world he deserves honesty and not telling him will just make it worse in the long run. He would not wait about telling you. Good luck.

So he's mean cause he doesn't do what you expect him to do? If you where hanging out with the "girl's group" what did you expect him to do? Just stand outside of it while he waits for you.

If you want to end it, then end it. Just say it's not working out, your not happy, and it would be best if you didn't see each other anymore.

Breaking up is always going to hurt, but I found that if you're straight forward it hurts less, then keeping something going where you're not happy.

Tell him you don't want to date him anymore, or use some lame line such as "I need a break right now to figure out what I want", or if he really is that mean throw something at him at tell him your leaving for good, and change your number.

Personally, if he's so mean to you, you shouldn't worry about hurting his feelings because apparently he doesn't care about hurting yours. Besides if you're not happy with him, move on. Do whats best for you.
