Ramen noodles are completely worthless calories. All they have is bleached flour and sodium.

If you eat only ramen, you are depriving yourself of many nutrients. Not recommended at all.

Look into a good diet and exercise plan to lose weight in a sensible and gradual manner.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

I think so....but it's not healthy...too much sodium and other bad stuff in ramen noodles..actually I don't think there is anything good in it... Theoreticaly, you can lose weight by eating only chocolate and ice cream if the calorie intake is less than calorie out...right?

Did you know that Ramen noodles are deep fat fried before they dehydrate them?

So they are REALLY bad for you, high in calories and really high in fat.

no i've tried they have tons of calories i had that for lunch i swear it doesnt work i gained a pound!!
