How can you tell if a girl is interested or just comfortable?

The girl in question is a friend of mine that I have liked for sometime. We do have a brief romantic past as well. A few of my friends that have seen us together say that she is interested in me as well. She is currently involved, but is moving soon to get away from her current. At her x-mas party recently, one friend said they noticed she kept staring at me and what not. When we are out w/ out her current S.O. people say it looks like we are together. We sit close, hug a lot, hold hands, stuff like that. Are there any signs I should be looking for that can say for sure if its just a comfortable thing or if she is actually interested?

ASK!!! Thats all there is to it. But if you need more assurance, most girls will not get all comfy and cozy with someone they don't like. From what you have said it sounds like she is DEFINETLY interested. If I was doing all those things to a guy, you better believe I would be VERY INTERESTED in him. Just don't come on too strong until she leaves her current dude. ***then sweep her off her feet***

it sounds like she likes you. plus, ya'll had a romantic past.
but at the same time, you said that she's all lovey dovey with you when ya'll not around her "current S.O."...she's not single?! with that, it sounds like she's kinda using you. if she hasn't told you about how she feels about you and your relationship with her and she's not single, you need to talk to her about it. asap. good luck hun.

does she find ways to touch you alot on your chest or hands or face.or do u catch her or feel her staring at u. those r good signs to look for.all those hugs and hand holdings r signs too.
