well i asked a friend to ask this boy out for me and he said that he wants to see someone right now. then my friend said well if you didnt want to go out with someone would you go out with her. he said i dont know. now in school he always looks at me and stares for a few quick seconds. does he like me?????

Hes probably staring at you because he knows you like him.
It depends on what grade youre in for me to tell you whether or not he likes you.
It mightve been easier to find out if you would have asked him yourself.

well i say you do is go for him just waiting wont help he might come across a pretty girl and leave you behind
so get while you still can i did the same thing and i lost my chance this moto might help you the lotus blooms once for the first chance it blooms twice and tries harder

This is a confusing question but if what your trying to say is that he wants to go out with someone else, and she asked if that didnt work out would he date you? Its possible but it could also be possible that he is weirded out by you now. If he is interested in some-one else and told your friend that then stop wasting time with him and go after some-one that isnt already tied up! Good Luck!
