I eat alot of non starches and potatoes so on a low carb but low fat diet as well i eat alot of green vegetables peppers onions mushrooms carrots but no potatos or breads or cakes or junk food everything sugar free but eat lean meats as well and no fat foods so is cheese an okay thing to eat to add fat into a diet that misses it

Yes, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese is fine. You need some fat in your diet- 1/4 slice of avocado, a tablespoon or two of peanut butter, flaxseed or olive oil, a couple of slices of bacon.

cheese should be ok i mean i wouldn't go crazy eating it but a little added shouldn't hurt you.
