I have been looking at Vibration Exercise machines for myself and my wife. I have found that many are $4,000 to $14,000 and some are as cheap as $400, although they do not seem to be very bad quality. I found one called the Vibraslim that is priced at $1699 and appears to be of good quality, and has been used by many gyms and "celebrities". Any advice in choosing between the Vibraslim and the more expensive machines would be helpful!!! THX Graham

I have one of these machines myself and we LOVE IT! Vibration exercise DOES work. I have increased my strenght, flexibility and body tone. I have lost weight and feel better overall. Best of all it is not like going to the gym..... you like it and you will actually use it.

Whole body Vibration is no joke, it is being used by many NFL, NBA, NHL teams and top universities, not to mention NASA.

all of those machines are garbage. there is absolutely no peer reviewed medical studies that will support any of the claims made by the manufactures.
99.9% of the time if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is...

I have not heard of a vibration machine, but vibrating the body all over does not make you lose weight if that is what you are purchasing one for.

Not eating or skipping meals is not dieting If you do you may get more weight
