Of course they do not. Now for the informal TERM chicken finger... if you want THE BEST. You need to try Raising Caines Chicken Fingers.
It's a fastfood joint that does JUST chicken fingers & this killer dipping sauce, otherwise, the only thing else on the menu is slaw, fries, and texas toast.
Really GOOD STUFF. Done in small batches, never ever frozen, awesome stuff.

Some cultures love chicken feet. They're very gelatinous and are great for chicken soup.
Last chicken I saw didn't have fingers on its wings. I think the term chicken fingers comes from a: they're made of chicken; and b: they're shape looks like fingers... people fingers.

Nope, just large talons. If they did have fingers, they would be delicious. I read somewhere that wings are realted to fingers in structure.

Yes they must because I've had them in restaurants and the are good. Buffaloes have wings too, I've also have had those and, boy are they good.

They have. And they taste delicious. You can suck the skin off it if it is cooked. mmm..
