yes. definitely a gallon of any juice is too much. Especially a juice with extra sugar like cranberry.

As long as you don't add additional sugar drinks (sodas, tea, etc) to your daily intake, then I don't think it would hurt anything. But make very sure that you drink enough water (at least 2 gallons a day) to keep your kidneys and liver flushed out. Otherwise, the sugar will cause kidney failure and scirrosis of the liver.
Oh!! And make sure that you brush your teeth a couple of times a day also. All the sugar and acid in the juice will eat your teeth completely up!

that is definitely way too much. you must Be peeing all day! if you want to keep drinking cranberry juice try just pure cranberry juice, you can find it stores like wild oats and trader joes. cranberry juice is very good for you. if you want to sweeten it then use a sweetener like stevia, its the only proven sweetener to be good for you. you can find this at the the same places as the cranberry juice. but the best alternative is water!

Juice has WAY too much sugar in it and too much juice or pop can cause you to become dehyrated. It is best to only have 1 -8 oz glass a day. You need to make sure you are getting plenty of water.
