With any noodles: Boil in plenty of water (don't cook it dry like cooking rice) Drain Rinse with cold water (stops continued cooking which sticks them together) Add some kind of oil or fat to stop them sticking - for rice noodles use a tiny amount of sesame oil.

Stir them constantly with a fork, not a spoon, while they cook. You also can add a little evoo to the boiling water. It's important not to overcook them or they get real sticky.

When I am making one of those thai pre-packaged soups or meals, my noodles used to stick together. So I know what you mean by this question. Another tip is to break the noodles in half before adding them to the boiling water. This makes them easier to stir with your fork.

boil the noodles in a large saucepan and after cooking boil a full kettle of water, then pour the noodles into a strainer and pour the boiling water over the noodles this washes away the starch and stops them sticking together.

first of all you are probably using too little water when cooking your noodles. this causes the starch molecules to break and thus causing your noodles to stick. try using 1 liter of water, 10 grams of salt for every 100grams of noodles . DO NOT PUT OIL IN THE WATER.

While cooking or afterward?

While cooking use a large pot with a lot of water and stir, especially at the beginning.

After cooking you can always mix with a little sesame seed oil.

Do NOT add oil to the water. It does nothing.

add a few drops of oil to the water before adding the noodles - sesame oil is nice, but ordinary veg/corn oil would do. And don't 'over' cook them, that's when they get stachy and stick!

When you finish cooking them, drain them well in cold water, this removes the strarch and stocks them sticking together, also add a little sesame oil after cooking.

Well I would suggest cooking in a larger pot with more water during cooking and some vegetable oil, just a thin coat, afterwards. If you use too much oil it will become slimey.

I love both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.
