For example, is it possible people can finally do things they've always wanted. And do you really see your relatives and friends who passed away earlier. Are they even real or is the afterlife just a hallucination, something that you wish for.

As a soul, your previous 5 human senses become one (the only way to describe this). You will have full awareness of everything... You will be able to see and hear with your whole soul spirit rather than relying than on your physical body. Anything and everything that was ever important to you will be your full awareness and completeness.
Your soul is real and is unable to hallucinate. Only your physical body would be able to do this. (The body and soul are two different things). Your eyes may be blind in real life or you may be handicapped in some other way, however, after you die, your spirit (soul) will be able to see without the use of your earthly eyes, etc...

We already know that our bodies don't go with us. It is with our bodies that we experienced every pleasurable event in our lives and with our brains that we recognize friends and relatives. If we can still experience these things without a brain and body, then what purpose did they serve to begin with? An afterlife is just a pleasing concept.for children and those of us without the courage to grow up.

The Bible says the dead know nothing. Death is like a deep sleep. There is no soul without a live body. I know this is contrary to what a lot of people say, but the Bible is the ultimate source for truth in our time.
