Sure, I love to be picked on. It means he is noticing things about you.
But if you tease HARSHLY, it is a turn off.

It depends mostly upon who you're teasing. Some girls like it, while others just get annoyed. If you're obviously flirting with them then some girls will like it. Just don't tease them about anything serious, unless you're a really good friend.

i don't think so. Your hurting their feelings if you tease them. better say good things about them rather than teasing them. better tell them about whats good on them. hey dude you also have limitations we are not born perfect, you might get angry also if they tease you because of your limitations. better tell them admiring things like sweet sound in their ears in that way you'll never hurt their feelings and at the same time you gain friends.

Most girls like it when you tell them how cute they are. Some like it when you talk about how sexxy they are. Some also like it when you make it a point to touch them on the small of their back or shoulders.
Sometimes actions speak louder than words.

Tease all you want but NEVER attact the physical or something they do out of habit. It drives us nuts when guys do that!

Sure. I was playing basketball and I told them that I had hurt my ankle and it was still weak so I would not be very fast. This guy said, but you're never fast, so what's the difference? :) I knew then that I was part of the team.
