WALK! walk everywhere and often and drink lots of water you don't really have to change your eating habits just walk off more than you ate and the weight will come off like that. trust me i used to weight 475 and i am now down to 205 in just 14 months so i know if i can do it you can do it . remember you can do it and drink LOTS of water even thought you may not want to but it helps trust me and the more you walk and the longer you walk for (which should be at least and half hour without break for starters) the more your metabolism Will go up and the faster the weight Will come off. It's gonna be hard at first but stick with it i believe you can. just trust god and if you have children look to them for encouragement . YOU CAN DO IT!

Eat as many raw, fresh fruits and vegetables (not potatoes) as you possibly can. Literally, wolf down fruits like apples, peaches, pears, berries, some avocados etc. and salads every day. Put a bit of extra virgin (organic) olive oil on your salads, nothing else. Raw food is the only way to go if you like eating but don't like gaining weight. It is delicious too. If you don't like it, try it for 10 days, your taste buds renew every 10 days so it WILL taste good to you once your taste buds are more sensitive again and less overstimulated.
Try a raw/ detox diet. Have colonic irrigation done (at a clinic).
Clean up your system.
Good for you for quitting smoking!!!

Check with your doctor first. You'll need to change your diet as well as exercise. You CAN do it. Most likely he will suggest you walk as much as you can until you start getting winded. That should be your base starting point. Keep doing this every day for a week or so, until you don't feel as winded. Then start going a little further each day or week, as you feel you can do it. You'll start seeing you can go further with time.

It may be hard ,but if you can cut back or cut out eating red meat, than walking that weight off will be much easier. Everything passes through your body smoother. Also drink plenty of water. Your urine should not have color or smell. One more thing, sodium or salt holds water, so cut out the soda's. Try that and you should still be able to eat pretty good.
