These pans are so much fun! Just make sure not to spray with cooking spray. Grease and flour like most recipes tell you to. As far as the filling, let your imagination run wild! For the holidays, I used it to create a Tirimisu cake and I used a marscapone cheese/semisweet chip filling, then soaked the whole sucker in some dark rum. People fell all over themselves for the recipe. I had to admit I used a basic yellow cake mix and gussied it up.

But seriously, chocolate cake with a pnut butter cream cheese filling, spice cake mix with pumpkin filling, white cake with jello/fruit filling... you can honestly use this pan to do anything that sounds good. Hmmm now I am thinking of maybe a chocolate cake mix and peppermint filling... Have fun!

You will have to experiment a bit with your filling idea. Anything goes on a white cake!! Absolutely anything!! So How about: 1 cup peanut butter blended into 8 ounce brick, softened, cream cheese, then whipping in the jar of marshmallow fluff . You can get the tiny Reeses pieces cups. Use these for decorations on top of the cake to spell out her name or around the edges??

I got one for christmas last year, so I used it to see how good it was. It's okay, I guess. You have to make sure to spray the pans with PAM. But I have never used the pans since, and I probably never will.
