Well that depends. Does she have a "belly" or flabby untoned skin? Does she exercise? Fat and muscle are different things. If her weight is more fat than trim get each other motivated at your local YMCA (ask your Doc and parents first). Get some training and hit the weights for a toned trim calorie burning bod. Light weight training builds muscle tone, improves posture, relieves stress and makes your bones stronger. Good for it and good luck!

13 and 118 and 5'3 its all good because lots of 13 year olds that i know probaly weight just a little less then me (125)

Well, her age has nothing to do with how much she weighs or how tall she is to be average. I am 23 and am 5'1" and weigh 105, so i would say that is average

its like this 100lbs 200lbs doesn't matter if your friend feels fine with themselves and has a good outlook on life i say TO HELL with what others think about you.life is to short to worry if you look ok to others!
