When I was a young bratty kid myself, I got tired of this sort of inconsiderate behavior from my neighbors and I would throw it at their windows or stick it in their mailbox. One time I even went in their garage and dropped it in their laundry. Never happened again.

Yes. In the Atlantic states the penalty for a witch's dog pooping in your yard in having to eat a flaming pile of poo, with a nice porterhouse steak. (They just can't seem to get burning stakes out of the penalty.)

Well no. but we had the same problem. try and catch the dog before it does and shoo it away. you can tell your neighbor do stop letting your dog poop on my lawn. if she does not listen, try and tell your mayor or if you have a neighborhood "mayor" you can tell him/her.
