Healthy Choice frozen meal?
Lean Cuisine?
I just bought microwave. I am starting a diet today. Are these food good to eat.

The Lean Pockets are pretty good, and so are the Lean Cuisine selections. I especially like the BBQ Chicken Brick oven pizza & the lean cuisine panni sandwiches. I've found that Lean Cuisine has a great selection & tatse with their meals, I also like the Healthy Choice dinners... the mannicottic is one of my favs and the Healthy Choice Chicken Parmesean is the best I've found as well.

No. Read labels. Look at all that salt! Eat naturally. Processed food is bad for you. The best diets as far as being good to your body are: the You on a diet, and the South Beach Diet. The latter has a few faddish type flaws but is certainly better than frozen prepared meals. Anyway - good for you and good luck. Walk, Walk, Walk, and do some crunches. No.1 rule: use more calories than you eat. 2nd: eat food as close to its original state as possible -orange instead of orange juice, oatmeal and raw unblanched almonds rather than an oatmeal bar or granola.

Hot POCKETS style better but LEAN POCKETS HAVE much less energy. IT will depend on THE DAY. IF i would like relief meals AND AM watching FOR good taste i'm going WITH sizzling POCKETS. IF i've HAD an excessive amount of JUNK food nowadays THEN i am going FOR THE LEAN POCKETS.

I like lean pockets. Especially the pizza ones. Also the turkey & cheese or ham & cheese are also really yummy. Lean Cuisine is good but Healthy Choice frozen stuff is the best. Try the beef tips with BBQ sauce. Weight watches mac n' cheese is excellent too.

Lean Cuisines are awesome. They come in a wide variety of choices too. Lean pockets are kinda gross if you ask me.

home cooked foods are sooo much better and healthy. sometimes when you have no time to cook a meal healthy choice is pretty good. but dont have microwave meals too often, thats not healthy

They are not to bad but remember they are not particularly diet food. Your better off forgetting about the microwave and going with the fresh fruits and vegetables.

check out the sodium content on those before you eat them and make sure there isn't a lot of sodium content .... that will cause you to have water retention - which will cause you to appear bigger and weigh more.
My best weight loss advise (I have lost 35 pounds in a little over 6 months...I weigh 123!)... is no sodas! eat healthier, and watch your sodium intake.....and exercise @ least 30 minutes throughout the day .... everyday.

I eat them all the time...but generally, frozen food contain too much sodium. you shouldn't be eating it all the time.
