First of all do not starve yourself because that never works and it just makes you bloated. Second thing eat breakfast it doesn't matter if it's something small just make sure you eat something decent like fruits. Try to eat 7 small meals a day cos that speeds up your metabolism making you lose weight. Drink 8 glasses of water a day but don't drink liquids during a meal because that drowns the nutrients that your eating. Do this put one hand on your chest and one hand on your stomach. Which hand moves first? If it's the hand on your chest that moves first it means you are not breathing properly. Proper breathing can also help you lose weight because of the oxygen. Finally exercise, walk at least a mile a day or do a 30 minute exercise it doesn't all have to be at the same time you could do five minute exercises while your at work.

Strict diets don't last, better eating habits for life do. Workout 3-4 times a week for 1 hour. Take long walks in safe areas or visit the gym. Weight loss is very simple: If you burn off more calories than you take in, you'll lose weight. If you take in more than you burn off, you gain weight. Make sure to eat 3 good meals a day and healthy snacks and drink water, not suger sodas. Give yourself a day off per week to eat anything you want. You'll be so impressed with your progress. How we look isn't a result of how we eat once in a while, like holiday foods and treats, it's how we eat on a daily basis. Normal, healthy exercise is best. Don't push too hard. Best of luck.

What kind of a strict diet. How many calories can you take in. You know you gotta eat to excercise properly.
I reccomend that you get on a calorie based plan. As for workout
Find what works out for you. Do a variety of excercises. Exp:
Monday: Cardio: High Intensity: Jogging, Sprinting, Fast Paced Walking, Lunges
Tuesday: Toning:Low Intensity: Lunges, Squats, Hydrants and Leg Lifts: light jog
Wednesday: Cardio: HIgh Intensity: Any kind of sport: Tennis/Swimming: Finish off with sprints and lunges.
Thursday: Toning: Very Low Intensity: Pilates Excercises or LIght Stretching:jog
Focus on your problem areas and dowhat you enjoy. Find people to work out with too.
Any way visit the site below for different excercises and work out plans or just talk to the nutrtionist on hand.

It will depend on what type of exercise you are doing. You need to a cardio exercise one day and then the next day do a light weight training. Never do cardio or weights two days in a row. A small workout of twenty min a day will do a lot. You don't want to do too much because then you get burnt out. Worked for me!

Try keeping it short and build a little time/reps/distance every few days. You have to remember, the work you are putting in must be maintained after you loose your weight. If you stop exercising a similar way and go back to eating normal, you'll become a fatty again.

Well, you should exercise every day, but don't push yourself. Do a little more each day. About 15 minutes every other day. On the off days, stretch. Stretch for about 15 minutes. While stretching, do some leg sqats, and lifting 5 or 10 pound weights. It'll really help you lose weight and build muscules!!
God Bless!!

ummm... a diet refers to what you eat, not exercise. But if your question really is "How much excersize should I do per day, in combination with a diet, to lose 14 lbs", then the answer is 30mins to 1hr done 4-5 day per week.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of fluids. It doesnt matter if you excercise or not. Excercise just tones your body, it doesnt really make you lost weight. Eat less carbs.
