low fat, high protiens. chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, veggies, fruits, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, drink tons of water and cut out sweets and sodas except diet. these are just some of the foods you can eat and not worry, plus you don't have to kill yourself trying to stick to a stupid diet that won't work!! do alot of walking too and i gaurantee you will lose weight! i did!!

Alright Short and Sweet. I bet you want Quick and Easy Too. For people that want this I always recommend the Lemondae Fast or the Master Cleanser. The purpose is not to loose weight, that just happens to be a side effect.

Some sort of fasting. I lost 20 lbs on Atkins in two weeks, and I have also lost a lot of weight fast by just eating fruit. Not very health but you said you didn't care about that.

Then run run run. I bet you could lose 20 lbs. in 2 weeks if you ran 10 miles a day. You might make it in 10 days if you run AND eat right.

Obviously, you will gain it ALL (plus some) back when you stop.

This worked for me. Went from 130-110 in only a few months (and I did some cheating) trimspa (citra formula).
egg whites only,no yolks
no fast food,bake in oven
cooking spray only(no oil,butter ect.
No dressings/sauves,cheeses unless fat free
skim milk only
fake meats(no fat,no cholesterol,high in protein)
do some excerices
portion your food. if the bag says,9 tator tots,only make 9(again in the oven) Dont eat the last piece on your plate.
water to drink only.
you can do it

Cut off your arm or leg. They probaly weigh around 20 pounds.

be a vegetarian until you lose the weight. eat very few carbs and sugar until you lose it. exercise 1 and 1/2 hours everyday. no fast food. no soda. no candy. no fried foods.

cut your calorie intake by half. You can lose pounds of fat per week that way. Its not healthy but it works.
