it's not my job to convert.
it's my job to give people the knowledge with which they may make the right choice.
whether or not they make that choice is up to them.

I have not! I only told someone about Christianity, spent much time talking with her about Jesus, explaining. After she got a New Testament, she turned to God, she says I was an important reason for her conversion. She was Muslim. But I did not convert her. God did. Through the Bible. That happened 3 years ago. She's still a Christian, very much in love with Jesus.
I've told many other people about God, but no other turned to God.. only her. At least from what I know.

People choose to believe, we are not forced to convert. Our job is to share the truth, and let the people decide. Show them what we know, because this is how God works. God wants us to answer questions, etc. It would be bad to keep such a secret, it is for everyone.
I did tell my best friend, when I was 7 years old, all about God, on the day she moved away from our neighborhood to Oregon. We cried, but I told her about Jesus, etc. Her parents were hippies, and used some drugs, and drank, etc. "living up the good life". Well, she told them, they became christians, and her brother. They came to such a knowledge and belief, that they started their own ministry, then a church. Her dad became a pastor, and they came back down to visit on one of their many missions/helps trips to Mexico. It was not "me", at 7, it was God doing the work behind the scenes.

I once converted an atheist to gnosticism. I don't know if he stayed with it or not. I have to admit, though, he converted because the idea of determinism and existentialism appealed to him, and not because I made a rational argument. It was entirely accidental on my part - I was content to let him remain an atheist.
My people tend to discourage Evangelism among those who are already decided.

5 for whom I was the sole witness and they are all strong Christians. Countles others in ministery to at risk boys, some of whom did well. I can not make any assessment on these because while there has been some follow up there has not been much. One commited suicide in a jail cell, or so they say.

I've never actively converted anyone, but my boyfriend's daughter now calls herself an atheist, most likely because of me.
I simply told her that I didn't believe in god and why, at the same time telling her that it was her decision to make. Her grandmother has been indoctrinating her with christian bullshite since birth and she probably pushed her towards atheism more than I did.

Only God converts in Christianity.
A Christian who says they converted anyone is in error.
