Are you asking if there is a way to pay online?
I pay my Citibank credit card online every month at www.citicards.com. I also have a Citibank line of credit that I can NOT pay online.
Regardless, there should be a number that you can call to make a payment by phone. If you want it to post today, there may be a service charge of $15 or more.
That is much better than a $30 or $40 late fee though. I would definitely check out www.citi.com to see what your options are for your specific card.
