Got caught for Felony Possession in florida last year, been on probation for 7 months. Successfully Detox'd my first test, then passed 2 drug test in a treatment program. Now 7 months in I fail one. What are the chances of me going to jail being my first violation of probation, and the drug only being cannabis.

First of all, the phrase "the drug only being cannabis" seems to show you don't think what you did was serious. That's okay for here, but in court you need to show major contrition and remorse for your bad choice to use. I've seen hundreds of probation violation proceedings and not everyone gets their probation revoked, not even after more than one violation. Alot will depend on how you have been conducting your life since probation began. If you have a fulltime job, or are in school if you are supporting a family, lots of these things figure in to whether you are ordered to execute the time or put back on probation.
One big thing is showing that you realize you made a huge mistake and you are not minimizing what you did, because that lack of insight/remorse will tell the court that you really don't "get it" and that prison time might be what is needed to help you "get it"

A failed drug test is still a failed drug test no matter how you slice it. Whenever you violate the rules of your probation, there is always a chance that you may go to jail.

Typically if you have responded well on probation, one drug pop won't send you to jail. What happens though is they will "stack" your charges, so if you don't do something that you are supposed to do, like for example, a curfew violation, they will put them all into one so that once you have a certain number of violations, they take you back for probation violations. They do this because one violation in front of the Judge doesn't mean alot. Just quit smoking the weed dude at least until you are off of probation. My husband is a probation officer in NC, so I know how it works- in NC, anyway.

You make it sound like it's no big deal. You screwed up big time. How much jail time was suspended? 3 years? 5 years? That is what you are looking at now...all your suspended jail time. They suspend jail time and put you on probation and as a condition of you not going to jail, you have to stay clean and follow the directions of your probation officer.

Stop smoking the stuff! Why do you think they call it DOPE! I notice in your whole story that you didn't say....I only smoked it once and tested dirty.....to me it says that you have been smoking it the whole time and getting away with it. Felony Possession to me either means a large quantity or a repeat offender. Most people learn from their mistakes.....those that don't are doomed to repeat them.

Get a new boyfriend. Also, the tests will show if you used things to try and detox.
